Responsibilities Design IT Solution Architecture: Develop IT solution architectures that meet specific business, IT, and non‑functional requirements while ensuring compliance with Enterprise Architecture (EA) guidelines, standards, regulations, and processes. Architecture Governance & Implementation Support: Govern and support implementation and integration (DevOps) throughout the entire project lifecycle, including a professional handover to continuous Dev/Ops operations. Coordinate development team where needed. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing service and product improvements in collaboration with the Product Owner. Manage external service providers and coordinate global rollouts. Technology Analysis & Trend Evaluation: Analyze modern IT architecture, DevOps practices, and market trends. Assess technology innovations for architectural fit and potential business value. Profile Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in IT architecture design and Enterprise Architecture frameworks. Very good English skills are required due to the international team and working environment. Ideally, extensive experience in agile working methods or a basic understanding is desirable. Strong knowledge of DevOps, integration strategies, and global rollout processes. Good understanding of BI and analytics solutions like SAP BW, SAP BDC, or MS Fabric and different kinds of analytics architectures. Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects. Familiarity with EA principles, IT governance, and regulatory requirements.
