Juarez Chihuahua is looking for talent as a**:**Financial Analyst.****Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree.- Advanced English.- 2 years of experience.**Duties of the financial analyst position**:- **Data Collection and Analysis**:- Gather and organize financial data from various sources.- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations.- **Financial Modeling**:- Support the creation of financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.- Update existing financial models as needed.- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.- Monitor budget variances and analyze discrepancies.- **Reporting**:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Help analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior analysts.- **Collaboration**:- Work with various departments to gather necessary financial information.- Collaborate with senior analysts on special projects and ad-hoc analyses.- **Compliance and Documentation**:- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.- Maintain organized documentation for audits and financial reviews.- **Software and Tools Utilization**:- Use financial software and spreadsheets to analyze data.- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.- **Continuous Learning**:- Stay updated on financial trends, tools, and best practices.- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.- **Administrative Support**:- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating financial reviews.**Monday to Friday, in person.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
