**A Call Center Sales Agent** is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential real estate buyers / investors while supporting Capital Markets activities.This role will be in charge to coordinate diligence efforts with internal teams facilitate sales acquisitions across in the most important places in Mexico.**Details**:- Professional English communication.- 1+ years of proven experience in sales, or real estate field.- **Commission in US dollars per closed deal.**:- Prospecting and negotiation experience.- Must be comfortable working 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST- Highly organized with ability to prioritize work independently with mínimal oversight.- Impeccable attention to detail with a natural strength in mathematic.- We provide investor lists — you focus on connecting & closing- Onsite role.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct cold calling to identify potential real estate buyers.- Coordinate due diligence tracker and outreach to ensure a transaction closes on-schedule.- Handle pre-screening and closing calls with clients.- Focus on maintaining a customer centric approach.Pay: From $12,800.00 per monthPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have experience with financial field or real estate?- Do you have good English skills?Work Location: In person
