Position: Manufacturing Superintendent

Education: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Electronic Mechatronic Engineer.

English Proficiency: 60%

Experience: 2 - 4 years in a similar position, handling personnel, manufacturing in SMT line, and mechanical joint.

Knowledge: Effective problem solving, methodology of 5S, 7 statistical tools, balance of line and necks of bottle.

Abilities: Leadership, teamwork, effective communication, decision-making, negotiation orientation, and effective results.

Personality Characteristics: Objective, analytical, and positive.
