English (advanced TOEIC 800 points)- Required Bachelor’s degree in international relations, criminal justice, law enforcement, social sciences. ( Title and professional identity card)- Experience administrative activities, 5 or 10 years related experience from an accredited institution in the justice sector, law enforcement, international development, international affairs, or public administration**Duties**:- Prepares vetting requests, travel logistics, funding processes, and purchase of supplies and equipment.- Maintains and manages schedules and travel for project staff.- Greets, meets, and assists visitors to determine proper access to specific INL personnel. Manages VIP badges. Schedules and prepares conference rooms for DVCs, meetings and visiting delegations.- Financial data entry as required.- Ability to deal effectively with senior U.S. and GOM officials.- Experience in drafting and authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.- Ability to pass a U.S. Embassy RSO security background check.- The position is located in Mexico City, Mexico. Travel to other locations in Mexico, the United States and other countries may be required.
