Managing set up and booking with multiple teams. Ensuring schedule runs as planned. Day to day tasks : Assist PM on project plans to ensure timely delivery of recruits and reports to client following expectations on said timeline clearly. Respond promptly to project management and recruitment staff to allow for a smooth workflow. Management of project schedule both internal and client-facing noting changes arise and must be handled swiftly. Project set up, both within internal systems and alongside of setup teams (programming, QA, recruitment). With the recruitment team, alerting PM of interview onboarding and / or any concerns with participation. Responsible for project closure (incentives payment, invoicing set up). Minimum requirements : University graduate with marketing or Management degree. Undergraduate or working experience in an English-speaking country. (Desirable) Fluent in English; written and spoken. (compulsory) Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work as a part of a team Be proactive and well organized Use time efficiently, prioritizing daily tasks Analytical skills Managing skills About : #J-18808-Ljbffr
