Investor Relations Analyst

We're Hiring: Investor Relations Analyst Door Capital Partners, an Austin-based private equity firm specializing in hospitality and retail real estate, is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara. Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Work Model: Hybrid (Mon-Thurs in office 9am-2pm & 3pm-6pm, Friday remote) About Door Capital Partners: We generate attractive returns through strategic planning, disciplined execution, and efficient operational management. About the Role: You'll serve as the key interface between our firm and limited partners—including Family Offices, Institutional, and Ultra High Net Worth investors. This role combines analytical rigor with relationship management to support investor communications, fundraising initiatives, and deliver exceptional investor experience. Key Responsibilities: Investor Communications • Manage quarterly/annual reporting to 50 LP relationships • Respond to investor inquiries with accuracy and consistency • Track 200 investor touchpoints in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) Relationship Management • Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events • Support investor onboarding and due diligence processes • Serve as responsive point of contact for LPs Fundraising Support • Produce pitch books, investment teasers, and data room materials • Manage fundraising workflows from outreach to closing • Support pipeline tracking and CRM workflows Analysis & Insights • Analyze financial and market data (Excel, CoStar, FactSet) • Monitor industry trends and LP sentiment • Support internal fund performance reviews What We're Looking For: Required: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business ✅ 1-2 years in finance, private equity, investment banking, or investor relations ✅ Business-fluent English (C1/C2 level) for international investor communication ✅ Strong Excel & PowerPoint proficiency ✅ Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills Preferred: • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) • Familiarity with CoStar or financial databases • Real estate or PE investor relations exposure Ideal Candidate: • Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy • Proactive communicator who anticipates needs • Comfortable in client-facing situations • Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Takes ownership and follows through independently Why Join Door Capital? • Direct exposure to PE operations and senior leadership • Work with sophisticated investors • Collaborative team environment • Clear professional growth trajectory • Hybrid work flexibility To Apply: Submit your resume, cover letter explaining your interest in IR and Door Capital Partners, and a writing sample (investor communication, financial analysis, or similar).
