We are looking for a dynamic eCommerce Talent Manager to join our team. The Talent Manager will be responsible for working directly with our pool of talent members to help them enhance their performance through training, be placed with clients, and maintain and improve relationships with the client. The talent manager will keep a pulse on how the talent members are doing in their various eCommerce roles.**About the Company****Responsibilities**:- Talent Development & Performance Management- Partner with talent members to help them define their career goals and professional development plans.- Conduct regular check-ins with placed talent to monitor performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching on skills development.- Work with talent to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored growth plans, ensuring they reach their full potential.- Coordinate and provide access to training programs, resources, and workshops to enhance the performance and skills of talent.- Client & Stakeholder Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring the continued alignment between talent and client expectations.- Serve as the point of contact for clients to resolve any issues related to talent performance, ensuring the successful integration of talent into teams and projects.- Provide clients with regular performance updates, ensuring satisfaction and success in their business goals.**Qualifications**:- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)- Analytics and Reporting- Best Onboarding Practices and process Improvement: the ability to enhance and improve the onboarding process over time.- Interpersonal Skills- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with the onboarded talent within the talent pool- Experience with Ecommerce brands- Experience in recruiting or onboarding preferred**Additional Info**:- Fully remote- 1099 contractor position- Flexible hours but availability for client communication during business hours
