La posición:

  • Analiza e interpreta los datos relevantes médicos y científicos, así como la recolección de insights de diferentes fuentes incorporándolo a la estrategia médica con foco en nuestros clientes, ofreciendo a través de la educación médica, conocimiento profundo sobre nuevas áreas terapéuticas y moléculas en desarrollo.

  • Intercambio de conocimiento científico dentro y fuera de Roche para desarrollar estrategias que permitan en cada una de las diferentes moléculas de nuestro portafolio identificar y superar barreras de acceso.

  • En su rol de líder habilitador construye y fortalece una interacción sólida con sus stakeholders internos y externos. Identificación temprana de MEs relacionados con las moléculas en desarrollo.

  • Incidir en el ecosistema interno y externo en la identificación de oportunidades para generar acceso a nivel privado e institucional lo más rápido posible a moléculas e indicaciones dentro del pipeline.

  • Promover la difusión de la visión del pipeline a corto, mediano y largo plazo en la organización, asegurando el compromiso enfocado y efectivo en las moléculas priorizadas en la afiliada de acuerdo a la prioridad del negocio.

  • Implementar priorización dentro del Pipeline en conjunto con el PPL y los squads, brindando recomendaciones objetivas a la organización sobre el “go o no go” en función del esfuerzo e impacto para nuevas moléculas e indicaciones.

  • Asegurar la participación activa de México en debates globales, como los IEP (Plan Integrado de Evidencia) y en la factibilidad de participación en estudios clínicos de forma temprana dando soporte al IToL previo.

  • Asegurar en conjunto con PPL y RWE head la identificación oportuna de gaps locales que puedan ser trabajados de forma temprana.

  • Aprovecha y maximiza el uso de los canales y herramientas digitales para brindar experiencias significativas al cliente que agreguen valor a los pacientes.

  • Garantizar un modelo integrado de trabajo (pre)lanzamiento, a través de una transferencia eficiente con a los squads, con uso fluido de recursos, claridad de prioridades, esfuerzo necesario e innovaciones basadas en el triple win.

  • Actúa como integrador local de desarrollo y de nuestra licencia para operar a través de las diferentes funciones de seguridad, regulatorio, calidad y operaciones clínicas, compliance etc., para garantizar un trabajo de manera coherente, colaborativa e integradora basadas en nuestras políticas y regulaciones globales y locales.

  • Asegura que Roche sea conocido como un socio profesional y confiable para la cooperación en la generación de evidencia mientras se garantiza la mayor transparencia y cumplimiento de esta asociación.

  • Participación activa dentro del desarrollo de la estrategia regulatoria de los productos en desarrollo y participa de forma directa dentro de los comités de moléculas nuevas, revisión de dossiers y toda la información médica relacionada de forma anticipada.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, incluida la capacidad de articular mensajes claros a partir de datos / información complejos.

  • Inglés avanzado/fluido es esencial.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia deseable en procesos IEP, RWE y colaboración efectiva con equipos locales/regionales y redes internacionales.

  • Excelente conocimiento de las áreas patológicas relacionadas con las nuevas moléculas en desarrollo, medicina personalizada y la salud digital.

  • Comprensión del sistema de atención médica local, incluido el entorno regulatorio y del pagador.

  • Experiencia previa en manejo de portafolio y/o lanzamientos de producto.

  • La experiencia sustancial de la práctica de la medicina clínica (si es MD) y la investigación clínica es una ventaja.

Educación

  • El título de médico general o especialista es requerido o al menos relacionado con el área de la salud.
