Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services.Arrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara**What You'll Be Doing**:- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base.- Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.- Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing.- Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status.- Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.- On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.**What We Are Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.- ERP Experience such as Oracle, SAP or similar.- Proven track record of strong work ethic, professional behavior, and customer service.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.**Work Arrangement**:- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
