Overview:**Join our team**The Contract Purchasing Representative is responsible for the execution of the contract purchase process, being responsible for the compliance of the response time and the quality of the review, ensuring compliance with the credit policies and procedures and validating that the information and documentation comply with the profile approved by the analysis area.The purchasing area is linked to the generation of contract volume, so this role will have to proactively participate in teamwork projects.**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Participation in process improvement projects.- Confirmation of plans, rates and amounts to be financed.- Detection of inconsistencies in information and documentation.- Review and collation of customer information.- Validation of documentation and data capture in the system.- Process routine activities with efficiency and qualityQualifications:- Bachelor degree in business, administration, economics, accounting or related.- Intermediate/advanced english skills (will be evaluated during interview).- Availability to work on saturdays as requested.- Good reporting skills, proficient Excel.
