Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Tijuana Campus.Reporting to the, Program Management Manager role involves working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Requires experience in simila position management or related area.- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.- Customer (external and internal) relationship and negotiation skills.- Advanced English.- NPI Projects- Projects cetification- Intermediate/ advanced Excel.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.GR66Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
