Apply Before 11/30/2025, 12:00 AM Job Schedule Full time Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities: Review the maintenance of material specifications, product drawings, process roadmaps and manufacturing procedures. It is responsible for the maintenance of machinery and building maintenance, keeping track of preventive, planned and corrective maintenance programs, in addition to supporting continuous improvement tasks He is responsible for the activities assigned in the absence of the Maintenance Manager. Continuous improvement of tools and manufacturing methods. Works in conjunction with Management in the compliance of Metrics at Plant Level. Help in reducing the established times. Work with production teams to raise manufacturing processes and damage problems. Support in determining the root cause of persistent problems. Directs and supervises the installations of new products or projects assigned to the locality. Supervises the maintenance of the Oracle system files and their effective maintenance. Helps ensure that the quality and standards of the department are maintained and preserved. Assumes other activities and responsibilities when necessary. Interact with Quality Engineering to establish manufacturing compliance according to customer engineering specifications. Work safely that promotes the health and well-being of people and the environment, complies with MASS rules and regulations and the instructions of their superior. Report to your supervisor all incidents including injuries, spills, fires, property damage, and injury-free accidents. Implements different engineering systems to improve each manufacturing area. Interact with the Manufacturing and Quality-Tool Room departments to solve timely delivery problems, tools, and / or rejection notifications. Monitors the existence of satisfaction and customer, as well as effective communication. Manage key projects in the organization. Qualifications Experience: Basic Qualifications Bachelor´s Degree from an accredited Institution. Minimum 10 years of Engineering experience in manufacturing. Minimum 2 years of Engineering Managerial Experience. Preferred Qualifications Prefer the bachelor’s degree in Engineering is in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Industrial Engineering, from an accredited institution. Master’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Experience in a high volume, discrete manufacturing environment, formed and/or metal components. Engineering experience in the aerospace fastener industry or Automotive industry. Demonstrated experience with customer interaction. Demonstrated project management experience. Experience managing capital budgets. Education: Professional career as Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution. Knowledge: MS Office, Auto CAD and Oracle computer packages (Preferably). Interpretation and Reading of Plans. Knowledge of implementation systems of engineering improvements. Advanced Business Conversational English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
