**JOB PURPOSE**Provide local on-site support for users, management and global/regional IT project implementation activity ensuring local infrastructure delivers to business expectations (SLA) while remaining fully aligned to global MDC Policies.**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support local infrastructure, including computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, meeting room equipment, local area networking (including wifi) and other computer and telecommunications equipment.- Carry out basic IT systems duties requiring local hands and eyes support.- Contribute to project teams in the improvement of current IT services and development and delivery of new IT services.- Maintain the IT infrastructure to a high professional standard thereby maximizing the productivity of employees while supporting the business plans.- Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.- Always ensure that company Policies, Governance, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.- Champion the Company’s values and culture, while demonstrating and openly encouraging the behaviours expected from a professional, best in-class IT team.- Participate in major incident management processes which may mean off-hours participation in incident resolution and service restoration.- This role will be part of the on-call rota providing out of hours support for critical and business impacting situations.- Carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.English must be fluent.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 al díaBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
