We deliver products to meet the demands of today while building a platform to take advantage of what comes next.*ABOUT THE ROLE*As the regional HRBP you will be working with the local Mexico leadership team on all HR needs, supporting the business needs and executing HR needs for all employees located in the Mexico region. You will report to the global HR Director, and work as part of a global team, to continue developing Bright Machines talent and culture.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:- Understand the local business needs and recommend organizational and people approaches, policies and solutions to maximize organizational effectiveness in the context of company goals and strategy- Partner with the local management team on all HR related matters- Create and drive employee engagement initiatives- Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment- Oversee and process all local payroll, benefits, procedures, payment and overall employment lifecycle, working with different suppliers- In charge of full employment lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding**WHAT WE WANT TO SEE**:- 3+ years of broad experience as HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Manager in a global technical organization- Ability to build trust and partner with managers and employees at all levels- Good Understanding of local regulations, employment related laws, benefits, and payroll- Positive attitude with flexibility to handle ambiguity and change- Strong communicator (oral and written) both in English & Spanish- Thorough, attentive to detail, analytical- Able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and tact- Works well independently, can handle a dynamic fast paced, changing environment**WHO YOU ARE**:- You are customer obsessed- You believe in the power of a team, diversity of thought, and unity of action- You always act with integrity, keep your commitments and practice transparency- You think boldly, lead with courage, and demand the highest standards- You drive for results and act like an owner*BE EMPOWERED TO CHANGE AN INDUSTRY*We’re looking for people who believe they can personally help modernize a global industry and want to work alongside passionate teammates who share their vision.
