Purpose Statement: Design Enterprise-wide data and integration solutions: Understand the Business and IT objectives and strategies; working with the other IT functions, translates those needs into end to end solutions (people, process, and technology)Leverage architecture design standards and tools as part of solution design and documentation. Require a good understanding of the business context, processes, data and integrations.Key Job Accountabilities:- Leverage architecture and design tools, patterns, standards and best practices while designing and documenting data and integration solutions.- Collaborates at different levels with technical architects for specific technical components, with Enterprise Architects for the overall strategic alignment and with the project teams and business stakeholders through the requirements definition and development- Contributes to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.- Identifies and evaluates alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability. Determines and documents architecturally significant decisions.- SFIA: 4 (Enable)Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces, for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. (Computer Science / IT)- 6 years of related experience is required; 8 or more years of related experience is preferred.
