**PAYROLL PROFESIONAL JR.****About the job**RHI Magnesita is looking for a Payroll Professional Jr.** **in Ramos Arizpe, MXPayroll Professional Jr.** **Manager will be responsible for the Attract to Grow area which will be responsible for Payroll Professional (USA Y CAN)This hybrid position will report to the Head of Global Shared Services NAM and will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time**Payroll Profesional Jr **tasks include**:- General accounting knowledge.- SAP system management.- Customer service (USA).- Advanced English- Analysis of accounting policies of the provision of Payroll (USA).- Provision of special payroll payments.- Analysis of payroll account reconciliations.- Preparation of monthly reports of special payroll payments (commissions, bonuses, etc).- Special audits.**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance- MBA is preferable- 5+ Years’ Experience in Payroll related is required- Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams)- Excellent knowledge in English is required- SAP is a plus- Financial statements- Audit Support- Good understanding of business processes- Strong experience in the function and leadership role desirable- Sense of urgency and analytical skills that can provide forward-thinking solutions with a holistic view- Positive mindset, and strong decision-making ability**We Offer**:- **Amazing benefits Christmas Bonus, Food vouchers, Saving funds, Life insurance, disability insurance, and more****Do you recognize yourself in this role?****Learn more about us and follow us at**:Find us on: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
