Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – Managed Services We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to support our Managed Services engagements . The consultant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our client’s Oracle HCM Cloud environment. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across Core HR, Compensation, and Talent Management modules, with a good understanding of Learning Management. A techno‑functional background is highly preferred, as the role involves workflow configurations, personalizations, and enhancement‑related work. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications under the managed services model. Work closely with business users to resolve issues, optimize processes, and deliver system improvements. Should be super expert in Core HR module. Lead analysis and configuration for Core HR, Compensation, and Talent Management modules. Support Learning Management related activities where applicable. Design, configure, and troubleshoot workflows, personalizations, and approval setups. Partner with technical teams to address custom requirements, reports, and integrations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience. Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials as needed. Required Skills and Experience 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or support. Strong functional command of Core HR, Compensation, and Talent Management. Working knowledge of Learning Management module (good to have). Experience in workflow configuration, personalization, and reporting tools (BI Publisher / OTBI). Ability to analyze recurring issues and recommend long‑term solutions. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Proven experience in managed services or post‑production support environments. Preferred Qualifications Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s). Exposure to fast‑paced, global support environments.
