Under the supervision of the ISO coordinator, this position is responsible for the process of the all documents of quality system. This position, receive, check and update documents in the master list.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES1. Maintenance of documents master list always updated.2. Follow the document process, since beginning to update the master list.3. Responsible to print and deliver documents of Quality Management System.4. Responsible to keep updated the procedures to control documents and records.5. Notifies users when some problems are present during the documentation process.6. Follow the standard ISO 9001 requirements for document control.7. Support to ISO coordinator during the audits8. Makes sure to keep the 5 ”s”, on his work area.RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTSSupervisory Relationships:1. Reports to ISO coordinatorOrganization Relationships:1. Frequent contact with supervisors, engineers, managers, foreman, leadman.External Relationships: N/AEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:Preference Technical education.EXPERIENCE:Preference work experience in a related area.
