EL INGENERO DE MANUCTURA ES RESPONSABLE DEL DISEÑO, INGENIERIA, INSTALACION Y PUESTA EN MARCHA DE PROYECTOS PARA ENSAMBLAR AUTOS Y CAMIONES EN LAS FACILIDADES DE STELLANTIS. SIGUIENDO RIGUROZAMENTE LA METODOLOGIA DE WCT (WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURING) Y ENFOCADO EN LA MEJORA CONTINÚA BASADO EN LA METODOLOGIA DE KAIZEN. Responsabilidades Diseño, ingeniería, instalación y puesta en marcha de proyectos de ensamblaje de autos y camiones. Aplicar la metodología WCT y Kaizen en la ejecución del proyecto. Liderar la correcta ejecución de proyectos de manufactura. Interface con áreas: ingeniería de producto, finanzas, compras, recursos humanos y producción planta. Habilidades Técnicas y Gestión Habilidades técnicas de diseño mecánico de herramientas y equipo. Habilidades en ingeniería de controles (HMI, PLC, AVI, FIS). Programación de robots NACHI, COMAU y FANUC. Administración de proyectos. Experiencia mínima de 5 años administrando proyectos de manufactura. Experiencia como responsable del área de mantenimiento, programación de HMIs, PLC, Control Logics, Guard Logix. Conocimientos de NAAMS. Experiencia en AutoCAD nivel experto. Conocimientos de diseño digital de herramientas (NX, Teamcenter). Conocimientos a nivel experto de MS Project. Requisitos de Cualificación 5 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA. INGLÉZ AVANZADO (FLUIDO MÍNIMO 90%). INGENIERO TITULADO EN LAS AREAS DE: ROBOTS, ELECTRÓNICA, MECÁNICO, INDUSTRIAL. AUTODIRIGIDO, ACOSTUMBRADO A CUMPLIR TAREAS, ACTIVIDADES Y OBJETIVOS AMBICIOSOS, PROACTIVO, ALTAMENTE RESPONSABLE, NO LIMITADO Y ENFOCADO A CUMPLIR ALTAS ESPECTATIVAS.
