Supply Chain Risk Analyst

This position is part of our Corporate segment; located in Juarez, Chih. Mex.**Your Role**Supply chain resilience is a supply chain's ability to be prepared for unexpected risk events. If you have a resilient supply chain, you can respond quickly to disruptions by returning to the original situation or by moving to a new, more desirable state in order to increase customer service, market share, and financial performance. One of the vital ingredients in improving supply chain resilience and flexibility is digitalization, enabling transparency across the entire value chain and the ability to spot relevant patterns and adopt a more proactive approach to managing risk. This means visibility all the way from product origin to the customer and throughout the product lifecycle. As a Supply Chain Risk Analyst, your day-to-day will consist of the following:- Aided by digital tools, provide analytics expertise and thought leadership in the identification of risks both present and future which can impact supply chain.- Conduct research, analysis, identification of risk, and continuous monitoring of supply chain risks and vulnerabilities.- Identify and work with the most appropriate market intelligence providers to our business- Report out on risk challenges that can have a broad impact across multiple functions and areas of the business which will impact Aptiv’ s supply chain- Monitor supply chain performance and quickly identify areas of risk or redundancy for deeper analysis.- Highlight gaps in supply chain/supplier intelligence data and work with relevant functions to close them.- Link with peer companies and related organizations to improve supply chain resilience.- Prepare reports, briefings, point papers, reviews, and oral presentations as may be directed to translate the results from the analysis to executive decision-makers- Work closely with all functional areas, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Finance, IT etc.) to ensure emerging technology for risk identification and mitigation- Support programs to improve sustainability, visibility and transparency throughout the supply chain- Develop and implement market sensing tools, and implementation of an “early warning system”- Discretion when imparting confidential or business sensitive information internally or externally- Work closely with supply chain leaders across the business to provide them with intelligence when preparing strategy.**Your Background**Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:- **Bachelor's Degree in **business, economics, analytics, or other relevant field**:- **+3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Role**:- **Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing**:- **Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills**:- **Strong analytic skill set and experience**:- **Business acumen and ability to understand & identify risk**:- **Analytical skills and use of SW Tools such as Excel/Tableau/Power BI etc.,**:- **Ability to network across functional areas of the business and influence stakeholders**:- **Works with urgency and an owner's mindset to ensure actions are completed on time****Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv. **Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact **.
