Business Intelligence Analyst

***The Business Intelligence Analyst's role is a part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for supporting Nestle’s Sales organization with the design, the development, and the management of analytical solutions. As part of the Sales Enable Hub Business Intelligence team, you will use data management, reporting, and automation tools to support the organization’s strategic initiatives. Solutions developed by the BI Analyst will help unlock insights to drive operational efficiency, balance cost vs service, and simplify executional complexity.In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to drive the understanding and adoption of Enable Hub’s analytics services. The BI Analyst will implement solutions to enable senior management and business stakeholders to analyze the performance of the sales organization through big data analytics.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**Analytics- Develop end-to-end advanced Business Intelligence Solutions from concept, to deployment, to end users.- Collect, cleanse, and understand complex data to identify more accurate ways of reporting, analyzing, and communicating opportunities.- Leverage visualization tools to provide insights that support both strategic and operational decision making throughout the end users’ daily functions.- Partner with stakeholders and EH peers to translate business requirements into tangible reporting deliverables with a clearly defined acceptance criterion.- Develop well-organized, insightful reports, dashboards, and other forms of data visualizations to support strategic, tactical, and operational business decisions. Provide analysis in areas such as KPI performance against targets & goals, forecast accuracy, segmentation, geospatial, and distribution.- Implement processes to ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of data sources by building automated monitoring capabilities to proactively identify anomalies.- Provide training and support to end users to facilitate change management efforts and to drive adoption of report and dashboard solutions.Project Management- Effective communicator with a track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent workstreams between special projects, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and ad-hoc project work.- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders remotely.- Document technical requirements, data catalog, business definitions, process dependencies, flows, and decisions related to the development cycle of analytical solutions.- Participate in the evaluation, intake, design, and integration strategy between multiple functions and data sources for varying Nestlé businesses.- Assist Project Management and team leadership with the evaluation of requirements to determine the level of effort, feasibility, prioritization, and acceptance criteria throughout the project life cycle.- Manage work in an Agile environment, specifically within DevOps.- Communicate analyses and status updates to stakeholders by developing & delivering professional presentations, appropriate for their intended audience.**EXPERIENCE**- A minimum of 3 years of analytical experience creating reports, dashboards, and transforming large amounts of data into actionable intelligence to drive business decisions.- Strong data visualization skills using Power BI required, advanced DAX knowledge preferred.- Experience using a project management platform. Agile DevOps is strongly preferred.- Experience with Microsoft Azure environment, AAS, Synapse within and/or equivalent Transactional Data Warehouse environment.- Proven experience with implementing diagnostic analytics for complex operational and management problems.- Knowledge of data analysis/tools and data modeling techniques.
