If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Test Engineer** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus**.Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this role involves responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.**What a typical day looks like:*** Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.* Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.* Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.* Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.* May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.* Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques.* Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.* Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production.* Create and maintain process documentation.* Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector.* Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or similar engineering.* Engineer with experience in Test Engineer* Advanced English* Personnel administration* Projects in charge with CFT* Development of: Functional tests, ICT, AOI* Root cause analysis* Implementation: DFT and DFM's* Knowledge in statistical process control.* Availability to travel* Visa and valid passport is preferred* Knowledge of C/C++ scripting, familiarity with the MatLab and LabView / test stand software platforms.* Schedule availability.* Leadership* Decision-making* Data analysis and test development* Self-directed* Discipline, integrity, and honesty* MS Microsoft Office* Works under pressure.* Organized**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.* Life InsuranceAU51## ## Job CategoryProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
