Our ‘Here For You’ Employee Assistance Program is available for our employees globally, providing confidential emotional support, financial and legal advice free of charge.**Your key responsibilities**- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Workday payroll module.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to discern business needs and translate them into effective Workday configurations and enhancements within the payroll domain.- Provide ongoing support to internal users by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them promptly.- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and accuracy of the configured Workday Payroll system.- Work closely with internal stakeholders during user acceptance testing (UAT) to address feedback and ensure a seamless implementation.- Conduct training sessions for internal users on the usage and functionality of the Workday Payroll system.- Create and maintain training materials and documentation for continual reference.- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and optimal performance within payroll processes.- Stay abreast of Workday updates, trends, and best practices to recommend innovative Payroll solutions.**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**- Workday Payroll Certification (preferred).- Bachelor's degree.- 3-10 years of progressive experience working with Workday, focusing specifically on Payroll implementation and support.- Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and its interdependencies with Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and other cross-functional capabilities.- Experience with Payroll regulatory requirements (Tax, Garnishments, Common Pay Master), retirement benefits (401K, etc.), payroll processing, FLSA, Unions/Collective Bargaining Agreements, and payroll accounting.- Extensive knowledge of payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, payroll reports, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules (required).- Experience in PECI/PICOF.- In-depth understanding of Workday Payroll processes, configurations, and optimizations.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.**How we’ll support you**- Our culture of high performance and innovation relies on our people sharing their knowledge and lifting each other up.
