It is so far one of the biggest and most important projects held by the corporation, the reason why we are very excited to work on our new team.**Position**- **Warehouse Coordinator (Inventory Management)**_**Location**Apodaca, Nuevo León**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role as a Warehouse Coordinator located in Nuevo Leon. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for guaranteeing the correct productivity and effectiveness of warehouse processes, developing them fluidly and appropriately, ensuring the reliability of the inventory and keeping the stock of necessary materials available at all times. Precision in import logistics in a timely manner.**Qualifications**- Understand the structure of the bill of materials.- Full control of the raw material warehouse.- Supervise the operation of the warehouse.- Process of receiving and leaving goods from the warehouse.- Supervise the supply of common use to the areas.- Monitor and update inventory records, as well as perform cyclic inventories and raw material adjustments.- High percentage of warehouse inventory reliability (theoretical vs. practical).- Total stock management of minimums and maximums per piece, ensuring the availability of supplies.- Experience in customs clearance and import logistics.- Ensure the cleanliness of the Materials Warehouse, supervise the operation and manage the maintenance of the warehouse equipment, evaluate and develop the personnel in their charge.- Coordinate the assortment and delivery of packaging materials in the production plant and the collection of Finished Product in the production plant.**Requirements**:- Experience working with SAP- Communicates well both in writing and verbally (Spanish and English)- Inventory Management Expert- Experience in mastering the activities and processes of the raw material warehouse.**Security competences**- Legal requirements in the safety field- Safety regulations- Security objective and policies- Safety certifications and license**About the team**At DY we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion. It is a 3 step process which requires 3 different interviews. The first interview is held by phone call from the HR staff for general information and CV fact check. The second one follows up with a face to face interview in our offices with the participation of the administrative staff as well as the HR team.
