The Role: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with experience to join one of our fast-growing client teams. You will play a key role in building modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of user experiences across various platforms. What we’re looking for: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. Proven experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development lifecycle in Salesforce (SFDX, Git, DX CLI, etc.). Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a strong plus). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Nice-to-have Experience with third-party Salesforce apps (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, CPQ, etc.). Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset. Understanding of large-scale data migration, data quality, and deduplication strategies. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana. Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce implementations (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud). Responsibilities : Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning components. Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Optimize performance and ensure platform scalability and security. Collaborate with admins, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to fellow developers. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.
