A disposition specialist focuses on being a liaison between the seller and the investment partner - overall providing a white glove service. _(This is not a real estate agent position.)_This role is for you if you can build relationships quickly and effectively with people from all walks of life, and you can do it all over the phone. Must have a charming and authentic, genuine personality that carries well through phone conversations. Our disposition team is all about working in a fast-paced environment and adding value by identifying solutions on how to best disposition deals and which strategy to use. Experience with negotiations is required.This is a 100% **remote opportunity**. You must have fast, reliable internet and a quiet workspace with no distractions.The real estate market continues to bring opportunities for new strategies. We continue to exceed revenue goals year over year with 50% to 200% growth, and with you onboard, we will take it to the next level.Tasks include:- Be a natural self-starter. Focused on relationships (establishing quick rapport), delivering results and open to coaching.- Serve as the main point of contact for the seller after the purchase and sales agreement is signed.- Synthesize all information from the closer who got the agreement signed knowns as the Home Buying Manager- Ensure all due diligence is completed for the purchase of the house- Complete final price negotiation (renegotiate the price if necessary)- Work with the listing agent to list the property on the MLS- Coordinate the sale of the property with the investors, seller, and title and escrow- Partner with the seller to obtain google reviews; update the team on revenue generated**Qualifications**:- A fast starter, able to use your people skills and talents to build a lasting career- Teachable, coachable, and hungry to learn, grow and take feedback- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, but also be a great team player; supportive of other team members- Compassionate, charming, empathetic, and genuine with the ability to read people; Can quickly and easily connect with people from all walks of life; likable, but also a firm negotiator- Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues and come up with recommendations- Preferred previous experience in any of the following: property manager, real estate agent, debt collector, client relationship manager, customer service lead/manager, event or project coordinator, or front desk manager at a hotel- Service/product sales experience is a plus, but not required- Real estate experience is **not required**CompensationBase Salary + Commission (Expected Earnings of $6 per hour plus commission per deal closed ranging from 1% to 4% of the revenue)Our top disposition specialists have earned up to $10,000 per month, and there is still room for growthAbout I Will Buy HouseI Will Buy House is a home-buying real estate investment firm that buys as-is houses directly from homeowners so they can move on and live their best life.
