Manager, People and Culture Business Partnering, Mexico Business Unit: Store Support Centre (SSC) Time Type: Full-time Description & Requirements Manager, People & Culture Business Partnering Mandate: Design and implement solutions focused on business manager support in collaboration with P&C Operations and other specialists. Oversee the delivery of front-line P&C expert counsel and guidance in talent management, employee relations, change management. Partner with Business partner and CoE teams to support the needs of the business Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high performing team of P&C Advisors and specialists, and P&C Centers of Excellence to ensure P&C services are effectively meeting the needs of the organization. Define expectations, model effective behaviors, identify priorities, monitor performance, provide positive and constructive feedback and facilitate development opportunities. Develop and implement P&C support initiatives that create an inclusive and thriving work environment. Provide leadership and oversight on P&C advisor services and initiatives including talent management, employee experience, rewards and recognition, performance management, diversity and inclusion. Develop and implement employee advisory practices, with emphasis on addressing all aspects of the employment relationship and terms of employment and developing standard operating procedures, practices and tools. Lead support for organizational change initiatives by working with the P&C business partners, CoE team and business leaders to meet organizational goals. Advise leaders on potential opportunities and impacts associated with organizational changes. Support business partner team with insights to assess the short/long-term workforce requirements of the organization (including OTH and WFP activities). Ensure compliance with internal human resource policies and practices, and with relevant labor and employment legislation. Partner with Compensation team to manage total rewards cycles, including annual merit reviews, bonus program, promotions, and out of cycle requests. Lead a team to resolve complex employee relations issues through coaching employees and managers, partnering with the people practices team as required. Collaborate with Recruitment, with a strong focus on acquiring and retaining top talent and on building talent pipeline against business needs. Lead and manage on-going continuous improvement activities within the P&C advisor function, including process transformation in partnership with P&C Operations and the P&C transformation agenda. Redesigning P&C processes to make them simpler and easier. Support the development of P&C support centers for transactional & tier 1 customer service. Enhance technology to facilitate accessibility to advisor support. Identify trends through data analysis and escalate business risks and opportunities to for timely resolution. Identify, analyze and reports on metric trends, and takes actions as required to strategically support the business. Skills: 4+ years experience in P&C, at least 5 years in a leadership or business partner role Minimum 3 years leading and managing a team broad P&C knowledge and ability to facilitate the delivery of P&C services to the business demonstrated operations knowledge with P&C expertise and an understanding of the talent landscape Ability to demonstrate data analytics skills and the ability to align P&C solutions with business imperatives Ability to collaborate both upwards and downwards and across Experience operating in a multi-site operation, spread across diverse geographical locations Proven track record with ability to effectively allocate resources, establish targets, and manage performance Proven ability to design and implement creative processes and solutions, including change management, talent development and related areas Experience coaching and developing team capabilities Skilled at consulting with wide variety of partner types and navigating unchartered territory.
