This means responding clearly and on time to regulatory enquiries, as well as keeping on top of regulatory developments and monitoring regulatory change.We're looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure that our communication with external regulators is transparent, compliant, and efficient.You'll be working on the Regulatory Affairs team focusing on different regulatory fields and coordinating regulatory engagements in Revolut across Mexico.Up for the challenge? Let’s get in touch.What you'll be doing- Communicating with regulators and internal teams, simplifying complex information into digestible updates- Keeping our regulators up to date with new products, initiatives, and other ad hoc updates- Working with the wider Risk and Compliance team to share communications during an incident- Preparing management reports and information, in particular for regulator meetings, internal committees, and the Board- Delivering training and updates to product teams and the wider business on regulatory requirements and changes- Building processes and documentation for the team in a scalable and sustainable way- Promoting a strong culture of conduct and compliance across the businessWhat you'll need- 4+ years of experience working in a compliance or risk function at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, or regulator- Proven ability to coach and inspire team members- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation capabilities- Exceptional understanding of regional financial regulations and best practices- The ability to analyse complex issues and make sound, timely decisions- Deep knowledge of the Mexican regulatory environment and key regulatory compliance regimes- Solid knowledge of payment systems and markets, with a focus on tech and mobile apps- Fluency in English and Spanish**_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it’s a scam.
