Indirect Buyer II - Procurement MX Novonesis is seeking an Indirect Buyer II who will work closely with Category Buyers and other procurement functions to manage tactical and operational procurement within our sites in Mexico, Colombia and Peru. This role focuses on vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization across various service categories including IT, marketing, HR, facilities, and professional services. Responsibilities Manage RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations and negotiation of commercial terms and contracts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key service providers and internal clients. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and optimize costs. Collaborate with legal, finance and departmental stakeholders to manage risk and support contract lifecycle. Stakeholder management across organization levels and sites. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, line of business, and suppliers. Continuously improve procurement strategies for indirect categories through spend analysis and supplier development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, procurement, or a related field. Proven experience as a buyer, procurement specialist or purchasing officer. Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation and supplier management. Experience with ERP SAP. At least intermediate English level. Key Skills Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
