Quota Deployment Analyst

Each team contributes to DXC's success and each individual delivers world-class service and has opportunities to grow and learn._**About this role**:The Planning and OSM (Operational Sales Management) Support team supports the regions and Worldwide organizations with reviewing and completing OSM Quota Deployment roster adds and changes including assignment, target, or employee data changes. As a Quota Deployment Analyst, you will ensure governance requirements are met for all requested quota deployment adds and changes including but not limited to minimum thresholds, match to budget/horizon, role eligibility, etc. You will need to liaise and communicate with other operations teams (SFDC, Master data) to stay up to date with how their tools work and integrate them with Quota Deployment processes and tools.The role requires proactive health checks in the tool and the ability to independently work with the regions within the organization’s guidelines. The role requires precision in all areas due to the impact on sales compensation (ex: calculation and input numbers, documenting changes in the tools or progress of a case).**What You’ll Do**:- Assist / Coach the regions with their Planning for the year- Advise and train the regions on the ongoing change management process and required approvals- Provide the most effective solutions to region’s requests for territory assignments, Horizon mapping, and target assignment to meet worldwide guidelines- Familiarize yourself with the data in other tools, such SFDC for Master Data and pipeline, Horizon for financial data, as well as Power BI for Dashboards- Collaborate across the team to enable seamless upstream and downstream data flow and provide best-in-class solutions for reporting and automation eg., the Go-to-Market Performance Visibility Dashboard**Who you are**- Strong analytical skills: You will need to see through the data and analyze it to draw conclusions and propose solutions- Good communication Skills - you need to be able to communicate with the regions, and region sales operations leaders in an efficient way where they understand the processes and requirements- We are working with people from all around the world, therefore you need to be able to communicate professionally in English and ensure that you understand them, and they understand you- Critical thinking skills: You need to be able to question the data you receive from the regions and know what to look at to ensure we are aligned with the processes and guidelines- Attention to Detail: You need to be precise when it comes to the numbers or documenting the progress of a case- Excellent math/excel skills: You will be working with numbers and reports on a daily basis, these skills are crucial- Horizon, SFDC, and Master Data knowledge are required- In addition to the basic qualifications noted above, we find that individuals who are successful in this role have:_- Extensive knowledge in Operations Sales Management Subject Matter- Deep understanding of Sales Incentive Plans metrics/roles- Quota Deployment knowledge including but not limited to understanding how quotas are calculated from a finance starting point and links to systems (both to and from OSM)- The ability to recognize differences between Coverage, Integrated Practice, and Selling SIP plans and quota-setting approaches- Understand Territory and Account master data process and hierarchy definitions and implications to target setting.
