Project Manager, Site Supervision

Project Managers in the Site Supervision team supervise construction works on time, ensuring quality and safety during the construction process. You will assist the Senior Project Manager in managing control documents, client contact, reporting, and weekly meetings.
Project Managers will achieve repeat clients through great customer service that encompasses a positive attitude, pride, delivery, and follow-up.
- Responsible for the entire project(s), start to finish, as the project(s) leader.
- Manage the bidding and construction phase of the projects by distributing bid packages to contractors, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and organizing and reviewing contractor bids to present to the client.
- Provide construction phase services as construction management in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
- Review contractor construction documents, prepare daily and weekly reports, lead weekly construction meetings, review contractor submittals and engineering drawings, track the construction schedule, and review estimate payments.
- Lead the weekly meetings at construction sites.
- Manage the contractor on all issues related to the job site, coordinating inspections on site works focusing on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety, according to the approved engineering and submittals, throughout the entire construction process.
- Review the follow-up of the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire project(s), start to finish, as the project(s) leader.

- Strong English proficiency.
- Civil Works experience preferred.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an architectural-related program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervision preferred.
- Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams preferred.
- Ability to speak in English and Spanish (public speaking) in front of small to large groups preferred.
- Leadership experience with small to larger project teams.
- Knowledge of local and international construction codes.
