We are hiring an experienced **Outbound Appointment Setter** to run phone-first outreach, qualify prospects, and **book demos/appointments** while following strict compliance (incl. **TCPA**) and a consultative approach.What you’ll do- Make outbound calls to target prospects; follow the **approved script**.- Qualify using clear criteria; handle common objections and **disposition correctly** (“not interested,” “call back,” etc.).- Keep **clean CRM notes** and list hygiene.What success looks like- Consistent progress against KPIs (meetings booked, conversion %, calls/talk-time, QA).- Accurate dispositions and complete notes to enable follow-ups.Must-haves- Proven **outbound calling** experience with track record of hitting KPI targets.- Clear English phone presence**Job Types**: Full-time, CommissionPay: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Valle del Campestre, 20110 Aguascalientes, Ags.
