Motion Graphics Designer

We seek a Motion Graphic designer that inspires, shows initiative, can work independently, and demonstrates ownership of project responsibilities, for our fast-growing international company**Role and Responsibilities**:- Loves designing motion graphics and logos (Branding).- Design graphics for use in media products such as advertising, labels, brochures and signage.- Edit and create long-form video content utilizing, original footage, CG animations, stock footage, and in-house graphics- Edit engaging short-form content for Social and other platforms- Conceptualize and pitch videos to the team- Creating graphic + motion graphic digital assets- Meet with clients (virtually) and guide them throughout the entire design journey to provide the best solution for their brand.- Create motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud, including but not limited to Premiere and After Effects- Properly color grade any raw footage- Digital retouching videos for quality and consistency- Formatting and matching settings and specs- Provide sound design editing as needed- Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure creative assets adhere to brand/style guidelines- Typical activities include:_1. Liaise and communicate with clients to determine their requirements.2. Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.3. Working with clients, briefing and advising them about design style, format, print production and timescales.4. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.5. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.6. Assertive communication with the entire Zoek team.7. Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for company logos and videos.- Working within our design guidelines, create graphics, logos, videos, and other creative assets for use in presentations and other mediums.- To maintain effective communication and keep Zoek’s clients up-to-date.- Produce and present comprehensive reports documenting that all project requirements were fulfilled.- Deliver all internal and client projects at the expected due date(s) unless specified otherwise by your supervisor.- Able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas/treatments to teams.- Partner closely with speakers, stakeholders, writers and designers as needed to ensure presentation materials are easy to digest and on brand.**Skills and Experience**:- Strong design aesthetic, understanding of current design trends, layout, typography, color theory.- Strong understanding of presentation design best practices plus business acumen.- Design and develop engaging character and scene illustrations.- Conceptualize and illustrate brand logos, and videos.- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills, and presence to partner with senior executives.- Ability to understand complex topics and translate them into a beautiful and engaging narrative.- Well-practiced in visual hierarchy to simplify and communicate information and data effectively, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams.- A can-do, positive attitude that will be an asset to the Zoek Studio Team.- **Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner.**- Ability to manage projects independently while working under tight deadlines to maintain schedules.- Pixel-perfect awareness and superb attention to detail.- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.- An understanding of UX/UI user flow.- Must have an understanding of SEO, landing pages, Lead capture design.- Must be able to show a portfolio of work.- Advance EnglishTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Favor de agregar su portafolio o linksExperiência:- Diseño gráfico: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Motion Graphics: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles (Fluido/Avanzado) - Clientes 100% americanos (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
