**Resposbailites**:Onboard Clients for Tele-Help Location searchCommunicate with the Client company and the customer regarding process updates or delays.Managed location data, client assignments to the sale agent, and location communication with the client.Research and answer all outstanding location questions to ensure client success with closing the lead.Communicate with Tele-Help clients as needed, sharing data and requesting support to ensure ongoing success.**Experience**:Four or more years in customer service or account managementExperience speaking directly with clients, face to face or on video.**Requirements**:Advanced English, as little accent as possible.Computer with webcam, mic, and strong wifiQuite a place to work, presentable for client video calls$15,000 MXN per month$250 MXN Per successful lead, paid monthly.Pay: $15,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer Service Manager: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Advance English (required)
