Extrusion Maintenance Engineer

5 years’ experience on similar position (Davis standard equipment)- Bachelor in Mecanical engineering- English intermedium (+70%)- Hands on maintenance engineer- Create and update maintenance work instructions.- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times for each task.- Execute Corrective and preventive Maintenance Routines for Extrusion Molding Machines, Downstream equipment, (desired : vulcanizing rubber, using ovens of Salt, Hot Air, Microwave ovens).- Encourage World Class Manufacturing activities (Planned Maintenance/ Autonomous Maintenance)- Provide trainings on Autonomous Maintenance and maintenance routine to production team members- Ensure, together to the Safety network, the fulfilment of the Group Directives regarding Health & Safety and Safety of buildings and installations in its scope.- Define standards regarding the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for maintenance and participate to the sourcing of Maintenance spare parts suppliers.- Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs (TRP, breakdown %, MTTR, MTBF), maximizing equipment availability for production.- Act to improve the reliability of equipments (back-ups implementation)- Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical aspect.- Pilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by Operation Manager.- Prepare & present Kaizen Cards.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Ingeniero de mantenimiento: 3 años (Deseable)- área de extrusión: 3 años (Deseable)- Davis Standard: 5 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
