We’re focused on purpose-driven work, and strongly believe what’s good for pets, people and our planet is good for Petco.**Essential Job Functions**:- The partner must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation:_- Identifies and analyzes business needs. Gathers and documents requirements. Defines business systems scope and objectives.- Prioritizes and makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.- Designs, maintains and leads training for all users of assigned systems.- Tests software, monitors and reports on software performance, and coordinates activities of personnel to troubleshoot and address software bug fixes, extensions, patches, custom development and upgrades.**Education/Experience**:- Bachelor of Science degree or similar.**Note**:Current responsibilities are impacted by company and team priorities that may have evolved from what is displayed in the Workday job profile.
