Must relocate to Cancun, MexicoA leading luxury hospitality group is seeking a Regional Director of Finance to oversee financial operations across the LATAM region, with a primary focus on Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**: Lead all regional finance functions, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and budgeting. Ensure adherence to Mexican tax laws and LATAM financial regulations. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and property teams. Drive profitability and operational efficiencies through data-driven planning. Oversee audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting. Build and lead a regional finance team, supporting multiple properties. Act as the key finance liaison for property leadership and ownership groups.**Requirements**: 10+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in hospitality (including all-inclusive and EP). Deep knowledge of Mexican tax law, IFRS, and LATAM finance practices. Strong communicator who can translate complex financials to non-financial stakeholders. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Willing and able to relocate to Cancun and travel regionally.
