We are looking for a **Sr. Project Leader, Data & Analytics**to have a major impact on our global client.Because #Greattech, needs #GreatPeople, like you.**Responsibilities**:- Lead and oversee technical aspects of data and analytics projects, including architecture design, data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics implementation.- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop project plans and roadmaps.- Define & design data solutions, scalable, robust, and efficient, that meet business needs and adhere to best practices and industry standards.- Manage project resources, including technical teams and third-party vendors, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Coordinate with data engineers, data scientist, data architects and analytics experts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of data solutions.- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data management and analytics practices, tools, and technologies.- Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of data platforms and systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.- Implement data governance and security measures- Support with the generation of Commercial approaches**Requirements**:- 8+ years of experience in technical project leadership roles, with a focus on data management and analytics projects.- +5 years' experience as Business Analyst- +2 years' experience AI Solutions- +3 years' experience in SQL- +5 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle- +5 years experience in Data- Deep understanding of database technologies, including relational databases and NoSQL databases- Experience and technical knowledge with public clouds such as Azure, AWS- Experience in the multilateral sector, development banking or international organizations is an added advantage.- Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling techniques, and ETL/ELT processes.- Being involve in cloud migration projects and being familiar with new architecture approaches such as Fabric and Mesh- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Strategic vision and multicultural work environment previous experience.- Knowledge of BI analytics tools, such as Power BI- Fluent in English and Spanish
