**Job Details****RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL**:Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse.Responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned associates in the warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:- Improve the utilization of space in warehouse.- Work with Continuous Improvement team to improve order integrity, implement Lean/Visual management techniques Analysis of hourly employee’s performance relative to unit picks per hour and overall efficiencies.- Break down of daily duties to meet and/or defend establish labor standards.- Develop Plan for every part- To drive continuous processes improvement and cost reduction program- Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve target Implementing JCMS system.- Global architecture for Warehouse- Waterspider loop design and optimization- Organization for evacuation of finish goods and waste Ensure reliability of warehousing time definition- Ensure safety & ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities- Define and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in JCMS & Warehouse Achieve the targeted JCMS Score and maintain for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques and involve on standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.- Adapt continuous improvement approach the JCMS and Warehouse in order to optimize safety, quality, lead time & cost- Member of Safety observation program Involve EHS area prior to implantation of new and modified materials or processes.- Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment. SAP warehouse management**REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 2 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field.- Minimum 2 years experience on similar position.- Safety Management, Data Entry Management, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Equipment Maintenance, Organization.- Line design, Kaizen activities, Process improvement, Lean concept.
