Job details**Employment Type**:Full-Time**Location**:Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico**Job Category**:Innovation & Technology**Job Number**:WD **Job Description**:What will you do?How will you do it?- Project management:- Testing and documentation:- Participate with software developers to document technical procedures and create user manuals.- Support and mentoring:- Resolve technical incidents and provide support to Plant Leads.- Provide mentoring to other developers on the team.- Work together with MES developers and COE TEAM in Transformation Activities.- Responsible of implementation about changes on actual systems in production and other departments.- Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.- Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company.- Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5’s standards.- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment.What are we looking for?**Required**:- Databases: SQL Server.- ERP: SAP (RFC, BAPIs, queries, transactions).- Effective communication: Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.- Teamwork: Collaboration with different areas and teams to achieve common goals.- Leadership: Ability to coordinate projects, guide teams and foster a positive environment.- Problem solving: Analytical ability to identify problems and propose efficient solutions.- Time management: Organization and prioritization of tasks to meet established deadlines.- Adaptability: Flexibility to proactively face changes and new technologies.- Critical thinking: Objective evaluation of situations to make informed decisions.- Programming Engineer or similar.- English > 80 %.- Minimum of two years of experience develop software.**Preferred**:- Manufacturing processes: workflows, process optimization, and production control.- Agile development frameworks, such as Scrum, for project planning and execution.- Professional recognition and industry networking are desired and speak to large audience.
