And if that’s you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join our team. You will focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Post Sales activities, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.- Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.- Monitor post-sales product performance and customer feedback.- Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.- Participate in design reviews and contribute to quality and reliability aspects.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Develop, evaluate technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.- Ensure activities and products comply with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.- Perform analysis and identify trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.- Ensure that established manufacturing processes are followed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma).- Excellent problem-solving skills..- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.- Product Development process ( Concept, Design/development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization/Utilization) Desirable.- Agile Methodology knowledge (desirable)- Familiarity with post-sales support and customer feedback analysis.- Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt).- You will report t product managerBenefits:- Saving Found- Food coupons.- Major medical insurance- Retirement benefitWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
