We truly believe this is an excellent opportunity to improve your career path and help us keep growing as a top-notch logistics provider.**Requirements**:- Student in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Business or a related field.- Shift: Monday to Friday 8 am to 2 pm- Able to attend an on-site workday in Parque Industrial Querétaro.- Intermediate to Advanced English is desirable.- Strong time management skills, able to multitask and set priorities.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.- Fine attention to detail and quality of work.**Responsibilities**:- Support coordination with office supply vendors to ensure timely deliveries.- Handle phone calls and schedule appointments or interviews.- Perform basic administrative tasks: filing, document distribution, and correspondence management.- Monitor office supply inventory and prepare replenishment requests.- Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal staff to resolve issues.
