**Job Summary**We re looking for a highly skilled Sales Program Manager Content Development & Operations to join our team. In this pivotal vendor role youll be instrumental in developing high to impact content that empowers sellers and in streamlining critical operational processes particularly around our offer materials and processes. If you re a program manager with a strong knack for creating compelling presentations summarizing complex data and building efficient systems we want to hear from you.**Responsibilities**Standardize and optimize all sales offer materials to ensure consistency clarity and maximum impact.Develop and deliver high-impact presentations synthesizing complex information from interviews and field data into clear compelling narratives.Design and manage processes for capturing and sharing offer-related feedback across various functions to drive continuous improvement.Establish and track key metrics for content effectiveness and overall process efficiency leveraging data for informed decision-making.Manage project timelines and deliverables for all content development and operational improvement initiatives ensuring timely and high-quality execution.**Qualifications**6+ years of experience in program management or sales operations with a strong emphasis on content development and process optimization.Proven content expertise including the ability to create compelling presentations synthesize complex data and translate information into clear actionable materials (e.g. executive summaries reports offer documents).Strong process acumen and demonstrated success in designing implementing and improving operational processes particularly in sales enablement or Go-to-Market (GTM) contexts.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) capable of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.Technical proficiency with Google Workspace products and ideally experience with team website platforms or content management systems.
