Shermind Partners is looking to hire a position of Solution Consultant who could understand clients’ business and technology drivers to improve IT effectiveness. The key deliverables of the position are:- Provide consulting to customers on best possible solutions to cover their business processes through the company solutions, thereby helping them achieve higher level of operational/sales efficiency.- Drive adoption of products to provide a full Unified Commercial Platform to our customers, thus driving a growing value due to the synergy.- Contribute to product road map by studying the market and suggesting solutions to industry or customer specific problems.- Safe keep the Product’s Integrity to ensure it serves the Customer’s needs while maintaining coherence within the Product Roadmap and Vision.- Design solutions that cater to the customer requirements while making recommendations on adding the same to the product, when applicable.- Study the needs of the customers in multiple markets and work with the product team to build necessary solutions enabling the company to implement in those markets.- Be a partner and customer advocate contributing to the success of the customer and company inside the customer Organization.Being abreast of industry best practices.- Identifying Market to Product gap and recommending the same for development in product.- Propose best practices to customers and position company which would help them achieve the same.- Help Sales team to close the new opportunities.- 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with minimum 7 years solutions consulting experience.
