Somos una empresa de SaaS que brinda soluciones para digitalizar el sector salud y hacer la experiência de la salud mas humana.**Descripción del empleo**- Liderar y motivar al equipo de CS para brindar seguimiento y atención de primer nível a nuestro portafolio de Doctores- Desarrollar y compartir mejores prácticas con los miembros del equipo buscando siembre la equidad, eficiencia y efectividad de nuestros procesos- Alcanzar nuestros KPIs que incluyen pero no se limitan a: Conversión, Win Rate, % de Churn, llamadas efectivas, productividad- Desarrollar y mantener motivado al equipo de trabajo proporcionando dirección, capacitación y retroalimentación.- Dominar y asegurar el cumplimiento del proceso interno a través del constante monitoreo de nuestros KPI's- Garantizar la satisfacción de los usuarios a través de la alta detección y resolución de conflictos- Impulsar y buscar mejoras en el proceso a través de análisis de datos**Requisitos**- 2 años de experiência manejando equipos de Customer Success- 1 año mínimo de experiência en negocios SaaS- 1 año de experiência en Call Center (Deseado)- Inglés Avanzado- Conocimiento de procesos de Customer Success- Al menos 1 año de experiência gestionando cuentas clave
