**Company Description**Gerresheimer Querétaro S.A. in Mexico produces primary glass packaging for pharmaceutical use. Type I glass is produced in clear and amber glass. The broad product range includes ampoules, serum vials, screw thread vials, ready-to-fill syringes and cartridges.We are seeking a detail-oriented RTF Supervisor to join our team in Gerresheimer Querétaro, Mexico.In this role you will coordinate the washing, depyrogenation, stoppering, and packaging activities for vials and RTF syringes, complying with current and applicable legislation, standards, and policies for ISO Class 8 - ISO Class 5 cleanrooms, in order to ensure product quality**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field- 1-3 years of experience in production supervision.- Previous experience in cleanrooms.- Experience in pharmaceutical industry- Excellent leadership and team management skills- Proficiency in production planning- Intermediate English- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Experience with SAP system (preferred)- Knowledge in NOM 059, ISO 8, ISO 5
