Position: HR Business Partner (Manager Level) Company Industry: Chemical Manufacturing company Salary Offer: Php70,000-Php90,000 Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Work Set Up: Onsite BENEFITS: Government Mandated Benefits Insurances HMO Life insurance Leave Credits JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree Holder of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management With at least 6 to 7 years managerial experience. Experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations is an advantage Amenable to attend interviews Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage end-to-end HR operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and workplace relations. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files, attendance logs, and HR documents in line with legal requirements and internal policies. Demonstrate strong abilities in planning, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and operational control. Oversee daily administrative activities to maintain efficient office operations. Guide and inspire the HR and administrative teams to deliver high standards of performance and efficiency.
