SENIOR TRAINING ANALYST Execute and monitor the annual training program, ensuring that personnel possess the competencies required to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the company’s quality, safety, and productivity standards, as well as applicable regulations. Main Responsibilities Execute the Annual Training Program, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and STPS regulations (DC-3, DC-4). Ensure qualified personnel coverage by identifying competency gaps and establishing action plans with defined deadlines. Promote the use of the corporate Learning Management System and other digital training tools to strengthen technical, professional, and leadership skills. Document and keep updated all information required to accredit training before the STPS and to comply with internal procedures and audits (ISO, corporate, etc.). Coordinate course logistics, including scheduling, invitations, materials, classrooms, resources, and attendance control. Develop, coordinate, and execute the plant-level skills evaluation plan in collaboration with operations and production areas. Design, implement, and maintain the training and onboarding system for new hires (administrative and operational). Ensure compliance with key training indicators. Design, implement, and oversee structured training plans, including onboarding programs (30/60/90 days), recertification, and on-the-job training. Manage the training matrix, ensuring it is up to date, meets certification requirements, and includes cross-training plans. Coordinate internal and external instructors, conducting effectiveness evaluations and post-training follow-up. Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentary evidence of the training system. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3 years in Training. English advanced Knowledge STPS regulations (DC-3, DC-4). Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Design and execution of technical and safety training programs. Management of LMS platforms and training databases. Training metrics and KPIs. Desirable: knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).
