If you share our vision, join us**About the Role**As a Technical Director in our Blockchain Tools team, you will be working in cross-functional teams who are developing tools to support the latest generation of gaming products in this brave new decentralized world.Your primary responsibilities will be to architect and develop these tools and support the teams creating them.We are looking to hire someone with a passion for Blockchain and its potential.**Responsibilities**- Work with other disciplines to identify tool requirements and the overall vision- Ensure the technical sanity and viability of the tools being developed- Architect technical solutions for development challenges- Collaborate with other discipline representatives to create task specifications- Collaborate with the development team to estimate and plan tasks- Ensure engineering best practices are employed in the development process- Constantly communicate with your teammates to manage risks- Actively seek to help your teammates- Help the team improve the deliverable quality by eliminating waste from the development process- Always try to improve the way you do things**Requirements**:- 6+ years of game/tool development- Proficient in software architecture- Solid knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, data structures- Experience in tool development- Good understanding of Blockchain ecosystems- Ability to communicate and collaborate with other disciplines- Ability to continuously expand and adapt knowledge of Blockchain according to market changes and the needs of our projects**Nice to have**- Good understanding of backend development- Experience using automated testing frameworks- Strong background in procedural asset generation**Personality**- Team player- Eager to improve yourself- Passionate about Blockchain- Open and honest**Our Offer**- An open environment where you can make a difference and you can own your decisions- The promise that we will grow and succeed together- Support from all your teammates
